The accommodation was quiet, impeccably clean and comfortable with beautiful and stylish bathroom and super comfy bed. Breakfast was stunning - healthy, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The pool to enjoyed a morning read or an afternoon swim to cool off from the heat of the day. Don't miss the garden in the back! A cute Bali Swing and quiet meditation areas with rice fields and a lotus garden on adjacent properties add to the beautiful natural setting. The staff at the Moksha make your stay even more wonderful - kind, attentive, friendly, sweet, generous, and helpful. Overall The Moksha is a kind of place that you'd want to stay for serenity and excellent service.
My first time to Bali and I was solo. Not a clue. But thank goodness I found The Moksha! Modern but traditional. Food was excellent, chef quality. Just off the main street within walking distance from everything and I mean everything. The best restaurants, shops, the famous Art Market and the Monkey Sanctuary. The rooms are spacious, clean, and romantic (if you need it to be).
Just imagine yourself being all hot, sweaty and tired after some rough days (things getting stolen, etc.), but as soon as you arrive at The Moksha, you can just relax and there are people looking after you as if you are their family. That is what happened to us. A nice cool drink on arrival, which was a first moment to relieve some of the stress. The rooms are spotless, a nice pool, well maintained garden and a proper breakfast.
From the pick up at airport by Mega, welcome drink, to leaving 7 days later the Moksha and their staff were fabulous. Rooms are large, light and airy with good lighting for those that want to read at night. Is close to everything, but removed enough from main street to not be noisy. Good restaurants on Bisma if you don't want to go far - lots of variety.
